Uniquely, TouchMate not only develops software solutions internally, but for over 16 years has been designing and manufacturing it’s own range of kiosks and hardware solutions – these have been sold and deployed into 14 countries around the world and are now currently manufactured on two continents.

After-Warranty Service Offerings

When your warranty expires, we offer an annual maintenance agreement that essentially extends the warranty service for an additional year. It covers all parts and labor with on-site service. The agreement can be renewed until the eighth anniversary of your kiosk. After the agreement ends, or if its purchase is declined, we can provide support services on a time and materials basis, if parts are available.
